何顥麟選手昨天在台北ＮＴＷ摔角聯盟為台灣選手們進行一節摔角技術強化班。
除了台北的基本ＮＴＷ選手外，也有幾位遠道從南部到台北參加集訓。

何顥麟說
「【成長中的１８８天】這個企劃除了要強化自已本身的各方面之外，
幫助其他同業提升也是很重要的！
正所謂『是故學然後知不足，教然後知困』
在教學當中，
自已就會在不經不覺之間有所領悟。」

何顥麟會在週二返回香港，
他也說到到港之後，
會公佈新一輪的海外遠征計劃！

[GROW UP 7th DAY]
Ho Ho Lun was invited to Taipei's NTW over the last weekend for an advanced seminar. Although the seminar was held in Taipei, some wrestlers from the South side of Taiwan was participated too.

Ho Ho Lun said, "It is important to improve myself during the "GROW UP 188 DAYS PROJECT", but it is also important to help others to grow up! There is an old Chinese saying that while we teaching someone, both student and teacher get benefits from it.

Ho Lun will return Hong Kong on Tuesday. He told us that there will be a big announcement while he back to Hong Kong!
